ORDER STATUS

You will receive an email once you place an order. Next, once your order is dispatched/ shipped you will receive another email. This mail also has the tracking id of your order. It will help you acknowledge exactly where the shipment has reached.  

It might be possible that our mail has entered your junk email folder or in your spam box. Make sure you add us in your not spam folder and receive emails thoroughly. If the problem still persists please reach out to our team via ‘Contact Us’.   

Yes, it is possible. Unless your order has been shipped you can make alterations. Once it is shipped you cannot make changes. If the need arises, you can definitely reach out to our team through ‘contact us’ for further assistance.   

If the tracking number/ id reflects that your order has been shipped and yet you have not received it, then please ‘contact us’.  

For assistance in matters like such do ‘contact us’ and do not forget to mention the item missing and your tracking id/ number. Our team will resolve the matter as soon as possible.

Once your order has been confirmed you will receive an email. Next, you receive an email when your order gets shipped. We are sorry but we cannot cancel your order after your order gets shipped. If you change your mind after you receive the product you can return it and opt for a refund within 30 days of delivery. For further details go through our ‘return and refund policy’.

We are currently shipping only in the US. However, we plan on making the availability of  Vivacare all over the globe pretty soon.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

  • Free returns and exchanges are initiated within 30 days. 
  • The product should be absolutely new and unused. 
  • The product must be returned with the original tags, if not, then the item is not eligible for a refund. 
  • The shipping cost is not refundable.

Sorry, but we do not accept products that were previously purchased from other stores. To return the product please visit the store you had brought it from.

PAYMENT

We accept cash on delivery and payments through all kinds of credit and debit cards.  

If the price is changed within (…) days of placing your order we will initiate a refund of the price difference.  

Every retailer sets their own price range. We do not appreciate comparing prices from other websites.

You have to create an account of your own for shopping from us. Through this id and password, you can log into your account from any device. This id and password also enable you to keep track of your orders from time to time.

Currently, we don’t but we intend to in the near future. To stay updated about gift cards become a part of our mailing list. 

We update our stock regularly. You can either visit our store soon or opt for our mailing services to opt for stock updates.
