Guest Relations

We want to make sure you have a great time at Six Flags Discovery Kingdom. So we’re always available to answer questions, offer advice and hear your suggestions. Visit us at Guest Services or The Explorer Outpost when you arrive at the park, and our helpful staff will be happy to assist you however we can. Guests with cognitive disorders, disabilities or mobility impairments who request helpful accommodations should obtain the IBCCES Individual Accessibility Card (IAC) by registering at www.accessibilitycard.org or contact the park to request helpful accommodations. Once a Guest has filled out the online application and uploaded necessary documentation, they will be able to access their digital Accessibility Card. Guests will present the IBCCES Accessibility Card and Information Sheet to the Ride Information Center (Guest Services) inside each park to receive any necessary accommodations.
Donations/Community Relations
Six Flags Discovery Kingdom is happy to donate park tickets to qualified non-profit organizations in Vallejo, in order to assist their fundraising efforts.
Guests with Disabilities
We strive to safely accommodate the needs of all guests including guests with disabilities. Please view our Guests with Disabilities page for information regarding safety and accessibility guidelines and our Attraction Access Passes. A copy of our Safety and Accessibility guide is available online and also at Guest Relations.
Hearing-impaired guests are welcome to use the TDD telephone at Guest Relations. For more information on services offered to guests with disabilities, please visit Guest Services or The Explorer Outpost, where representatives will be pleased to help personalize your visit.
Lost Children Area
If your children become separated from your party, contact the nearest host/hostess or security officer for assistance, or go to the Lost Children Area at Guest Services, in the Main Plaza. Please point out this office to your children, in case they become separated.
Park Announcements
We regret that personal pages cannot be broadcast through the park, but you can leave messages for other members of your party at Guest Services or The Explorer Outpost.
Park Security
Your safety is always our priority. All guests are required to pass through metal detectors and have their bags inspected. Inappropriate items should be left at home or in your car.
Season Pass
Guests who need to replace a lost or stolen Season Pass can visit Guest Relations at the park.
Severe Weather
For your safety, certain rides may need to close during severe weather. Most restaurants, theaters and shops will remain open. Rides will re-open as soon as possible. Unfortunately, refunds and rain checks are not offered for inclement weather.
