- A store credit or exchange will be given for items returned within 21 days of purchase. We reserve the right to change this policy at any point and for any reason.
- All clothing items must have original tags and show no use of wear.
- Masks, being personal items are the final sale.
- Custom orders are non-refundable.
- Sale items are FINAL SALE.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item in your package please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

RETURN & REPLACEMENT
- We stand 100% by our commitment to quality. We are happy to provide a replacement for damaged items. There may be times when materials are unavailable for replacement. In that case, a refund will be issued.
- Please note all masks are handmade and we value the unique nature they provide, this may affect the appearance of your product.
- If you are having an item returned due to a change of mind, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay to return the item.
